Chiora Jossaryk (pronounced chee-ORE-rah joe-SAHR-ihk) was the mistres of Alacut councilmember Romachko Skuretty. Bennat Ladradun set House Jossaryk on fire after the Alacut council refused him the funds and men he needed to improve his force of fire fighters. The fire was meant part as revenge, part as warning not to refuse him again.

Chiora was only mentioned in Cold Fire in reference with the fire at House Jossaryk.
