Dawull is first among the chiefs^[1] in the Court of the Rogue under Kayfer Deerborn. He governs over Waterfront District, the only district of the rogue which doesn't correspond with those of the Provost's Guard. Dawull holds court at the Fog Lantern, which is in the Flash guard district^[2]

His people include Aniki Forfrysning, Bold Brian, Reed Katie, Lady May and Fiddlelad.

Although he is loyal to Kayfer Deerborn Dawull speaks his mind in front of him and Rebakah Cooper once wonders how long it would take for him to aspire to become King of the Rogue himself.^[3] Beka suspects him of being bribed by Crookshank^[1], which is later confirmed by some of Dawull's men, who also tell her that their chief knows that his fortune is made with blood. On May 9, 246 HE Dawull actually tries to overthrow the Rogue. However, he doesn't do it properly but commands some of his people, including Aniki, to do it. They refuse to do it and quit.^[4]

Dawull has red hair. He is quite big^[3] and strong^[1]. He only appears in Terrier.
