Flash District is both a district of the Provost's Guard and of the Rogue in Corus, the capital of Tortall, in the third century of the Human Era. The district is situated on the southern side of the Olorun River. On its western border is the Lower City; on its southern border are Patten District and Unicorn District. Unicorn District also borders the Flash District to the east.

Flash District seems to be a slightly wealthier district than the Lower City. It was there that the first false coins were noticed in gambling dens on the banks of the Olorun by the Provost's Guard in autumn of 247 HE.^[1]
