Frasrlund was a northern coastal city in Tortall in the fifth century of the Human Era. By the time of the Scanran War it was part of Tortall's border defenses. By 462 HE the city was under siege until the point where a stalemate was reached, each nation occupying one side of the Vassa River.

Alanna of Pirate's Swoop and Olau was stationed in Frasrlund since 461 HE.^[1] Mylec of Trebond was also sent there during the Scanran War along with his group of the Queen's Riders^[2].
