Hanoren Rittevon was one of King Oron's sons from his second marriage^[1]. He had various half-brothers and half-sister through his father, who had been married three times. Hanoren was executed by his paranoid father and made into an example^[2].

He never appeared in any of the novels but has only been mentioned briefly in Trickster's Choice.
