Imajane Jimajen (née Rittevon), is a luarin princess of theCopper Isles. She is the wife of Rubinyan Jimajen, and aunt of Dunevon Rittevon. She is a greedy person, proud, cruel, and slightly mad. This is evident in that she orchestrates two family members' deaths in order to gain power. Following the ideals of most of the luarin nobility, Imajane is a luarin supremacist, and shows this in her treatment of other raka nobility and the common people.
In Trickster's Choice, Imajane is more of a background character. Kyprioth does hint that she and her husband poisoned King Hazarin to put Dunevon on the throne. As Dunevon is just a boy, the prince and princess are placed as the heads of the regency council. As a princess regent, Imajane is a cruel ruler. She is not a smart one, however, as she places one of the most powerful men in the Island, Duke Vurquan Nomru, into prison, which throws the luarin nobility into outrage against her and her husband. During Trickster's Queen Princess Imajane manages to alienate not only her husband, but many powerful luarin nobles.
Once it is evident that the raka rebellion will be successful, Imajane throws herself from her balcony, in order to escape imprisonment and execution.
