Kevan Pell, formerly resident of Spindle Lane in the Lower City of Corus,[1] was the brother of Madon and Geraint. He had been arrested in the last week of August in 247 HE by Rebakah Cooper. He had been sentenced to the northern road crews.[2] His brothers revenged him by ambushing Beka two weeks later.
