BiographyEdit

Lianne of Naxen was born in 392 HE. Her older brother was Gareth of Naxen. With 19 years, in 414 HE, she married Roald of Conté. Her only child was Jonathan of Conté, who was born in 416 HE.

From the beginning of her marriage Lianne had fertility problems and even miscarriages. Jon's birth wasn't an easy one. Afterwards she was adviced against having other children but tried nonetheless to fulfill her duty to her husband to give him other children to ensure the royal line. Lianne got pregnant again and gave birth to a stillborn in 419 HE. After this she couldn't get pregnant anymore.[1]

Like her son, she fell prey to the Sweating Sickness sent by Roger of Conté in March 431 HE.[2] She also suffered from illnesses induced by Roger of Conte's magic and died in March of 439 HE. After her death, her husband died in what was officially an accident though thought by many to be a suicide.
