The Lightnings were a street gang in Hajra's Deadman's District, Sotat. The Thief-Lord was in control of the gang and one of its members included Roach, who would later be known as Briar Moss. Other known members were Weevil, Dancer, Alleycat, Viper, Slug, Cheater and Turtle. All of those were captured by the guards along with Roach one time. This was the last contact with his gang, because he was bailed out at his sentencing by Niklaren Goldeye, who took Roach with him to Winding Circle.
