Mikal Moumir (pronounced mee-KAHL moo-MEER) was a Bazhir tribesman belonging to the Bloody Hawk. He was wounded on his thigh in an attack by the hill bandits.

Mikal has only been mentioned in The Woman Who Rides Like a Man, when Farda tells Alanna of the injured men. Farda mentions Mikal along with Hassam ibn Farid.
