Biography[]
Early life[]

1035 KF[]
The four mages[]
When it is discovered that Trisana Chandler, Sandrilene fa Toren, Briar Moss, and Daja Kisubo have magic, they are moved to Discipline Cottage with Moonstream's permission.
Pirate attack[]
Moonstream was present, along with Skyfire, at the overseeing of the temple's defenses when pirate's attacked Winding Circle.
Blue pox plague[]
When the blue pox plague spread around Summersea, Moonstream, as a healer, was probably the chief of the healers up against it. She manage to allay the symptoms but was unable to cure the sufferers. Most of the work in the cure-search department went to Crane and Rosethorn, who were incredibly well-known for that work.
Physical description[]
Moonstream is dark-skinned and has brown eyes. She wears the blue robe of a water dedicate that is trimmed in gold to show her position as Dedicate Superior. Her voice is clear and kind when she worries for her charges, but it can be equally dry and emotionless.
Personality and traits[]
Moonstream is a very kind, realistic, and understanding person.
Skills and abilities[]
Magical skills[]
Dedicate Moonstream is a powerful healer and a presumed academic mage. Her control over her power is strong, but not powerful enough to eradicate the blue pox plague from a sufferer. She is adept at mixing healing tisanes and teas; Niko once gave Tris a tea with strengthening properties made by Moonstream, which cleared her head and warmed her chilled body. The tea tasted of dates, citron and plums and Moonstream's magic was so strong in it, that Tris even felt it in her veins.[2]
As she made it to the head of Winding Circle temple, it is very probable that she is classed as a great-mage.
Relationships[]
Niklaren Goldeye[]
Moonstream was having a love affair with Niklaren Goldeye, the famed great-mage. There were hints in the novel when Moonstream visited Discipline and kissed Niko on the cheek. The part where the love affair was stated explicitly was cut from the book as it made it too long.[3] The kiss on the cheek could be interpreted as an exchange between friends, although it certainly indicates some manner of affection.
