Norrin was King of Maren in the third century HE. He co-ruled with Anj'la, his Queen.
He used the Dominion Jewel to bring prosperity to his kingdom. Maren is still reveling in that prosperity by the 5th century HE.
Norrin never appeared in the books but was mentioned in Lioness Rampant.
