Otelia is a provost's guard in Corus in 246 HE. She is assigned to Jane Street kennel, which is responsible for the Lower City. Her partner is Rollo. Their trainee in April of 246 HE is Verene^[1]. Both Verene and Rollo die doing their duty on Beltane of 246 HE^[2]. It is unknown who is afterwards assigned as Otelia's partner.

Otelia is a drunk, although she doesn't drink regularly. However, she also drinks at duty and was drunk the night Rollo and Verene got killed^[3].

She only appears as a minor character in Terrier.
