Port Legann is a port city in Tortall on its southeastern shore of the Emerald Ocean. It was under siege in the Immortals War. The lord of the city at this time was Imrah of Legann.

Pirate's Swoop isn't far away and relationships between Port Legann and the swoop seem to be fairly good because Alianne of Pirate's Swoop wanted to sail to the port to give her parents some alone-time, although she never arrived there.

Port Legann has been the setting both in the beginning and ending of The Realms of the Gods. The city has also been mentioned at the beginning of Trickster's Choice, and is spoken of by Jon of Conte in Alanna: The First Adventure.
