Sarain is a kingdom near the Roof of the World mountain range.

Geographical informationEdit

Rachia is one of its cities.^[1]

Its western border is the Shappa River.^[2] Its eastern border is the M'kon River, upon which sits Fortress Wei, the kingdom's easternmost outpost.^[1]

Historical informationEdit

Sarain is ruled by a warlord. Since 434 HE^[3] Adigun jin Wilima was the warlord. He married the K'miri Princess Kalasin and had a daughter with her, Thayet jian Wilima. Only three years after Adigun came to power a civil war broke out in Sarain. His wife commits suicide and his daughter flees the country.

In the mid 450s Adigun was overthrown and executed by one of his nobles. Adigun's successor married a full K'mir and made peace with the tribes. He has been trying to restore order and prosperity in the country.^[4]
