Taybur Sibigat is the captain of the King's Guard in the Copper Isles. In April of 463 HE he is new to the post but has already managed to improve the guard.^[1] Taybur is a large man with six feet and five inches of height. He has a solid build.^[2]

He is dedicated to his young charge, King Dunevon Rittevon, and his only worry is his welfare.

When Dunevon dies, Sibigat suspects the regents from the beginning, so he dedicated himself to whatever Aly is planning. Aly accepts his help and vouches for him after the raka rebellion. Dove refuses to have him swear in blood when she is queen, since she knows that he will never turn back to serving the Rittevon name.
