Sir Tullus of King's Reach was the Magistrate responsible for the cases of Evening Watch in the Lower City of Corus from 240 HE on. Sir Tullus had only one eyebrow and two lengthwise scars ran across its right end, suggesting he had been involved in fighting once^[1]. At first Rebakah Cooper was very intimidated by him, but she later realized that he was not as stern as he first seemed. He accompanied Lord Gershom to Port Caynn in September of 247 HE to sign warrants and papers there for the needed arrests. After the situation in the Port was under control again the city needed a new Deputy Provost and Lord Gershom wanted Sir Tullus to take the position. Sir Tullus didn't want to, but Lord Gershom continued trying to persuade him.^[2]

He appeared both in Terrier and in Bloodhound, although not as a major character. He might have been an ancestor of Hamrath and Faleron of King's Reach.
