Winged Apes were a species of immortals. After their banishment to the Divine Realms in former times they were released again along with the other immortals by the mages of Emperor Ozorne and later fought on his side and on the side of the chaos queen, Uusoae, against Tortall.

They appeared in The Immortals quartet.
