Zander was a resident of Port Caynn in the third century of the Human Era. He was working for Okha Soyan as Amber Orchid's servant, doing errands for Okha when he is working as Amber. Zander was worried about Nestor's reaction when he found out Okha was singing regularly for Pearl Skinner.^[1]

He only appears as a minor character in Bloodhound. First he isn't named, when Beka meets Okha at the Waterlily and Zander comes telling them that Dale is looking her for. The second time he appears its only in a conversation Beka gets from Hesserrr.
